At Blue Ruby, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion finds aren't quite right, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or store credit.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the garment is in unworn and unwashed condition.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to your local postal carrier or drop it off at an authorized shipping location, then wait for our email confirmation once processed.
